New upgrades and rectification work update as of 17-03-2016.
(1) Sliding doors for Lobby A & B (Level 2) has been converted to swing (pull/push) glass door. EM lock activated for both swing doors.
(2) Cargo Lift for both Block A & B has been retrofitted with clear PVC see-thru protective boards. Those ugly plywood has been removed.
(3) All rooftops will be covered with water-proof epoxy layer. Flat surfaced rooftop will be always cause unnecessary leaking if water-proofing solution is not in place.
Swimming pool’s current deck will be replaced. Work in-progress
(4) Swimming pool deck will be “rejuvenated” with new pebble stones flooring. Soon, our swimming pool will not have any irregular stains and we would like to apologize for unnecessary noise & dust pollution as work is in progress.
Work in progress at Block A – Defect Liability period is finishing soon. Our developer(MB) is trying to rectify all common areas defects before the handover.
(5) Each floor will have a better drainage system to avoid unnecessary water ponding during raining days. It is unfortunate as we cannot avoid rain water from pouring-in but we can try to minimize the ponding issue at our corridor. Work in progress at Block A and will move to Block B. Sorry for the inconvenience (sound/dust) caused.
(6) A new office has been setup for our management maintenance folks. In future, complaints regarding common areas defect can be posted directly to this office.
Block B – New outdoor premium tables
Block A – New outdoor premium tables can be used for BBQ activities. No more excuse to use our swimming pool table for this purpose!!!
