        1. Who is the “Admin”? I thought “Admin” is the management staff. So is it means the Admin is represent all of JMB member?

          1. Admin of the website is the one who have created the website and maintaining it. Outsource to a 3rd party company to maintain will cost additional unnecessary cost. Hence, I(DAVID LIM) am still the admin as of now. We are in transition of handover of the roles and responsibilities. Whatever posted in the website are endorsed by JMB members.           Regrets. Unable to attend nor contribute to AGM. Due to busy in Singapore with 3 G Kids & Health scare-Cancer. However nothing border Me, still running, biking & Dancing away as a Cancer Survival and it has been a Year. You guy are doing a Wonderful Volunteer job. A “No Thank You Job”.   3. It’s very kind of you as the JMB members. I’m curious why this is not done by the management staff and report to JMB members? A Management fee of RM20k+ have been charged every month by them. If JMB members are so busy on those duty, why we still need the management company?

      To answer to your questions above, kindly refer below ;
      (1) Managing Agent(MA) contract does not indicate the expertise of maintaining the website and hosting.
      (2) horizonresidence.com.my was an initiative by the JMB 2015/16 and hence created without third party assistance. Voluntary work and not part of management staff’s job scope. We can transfer the ownership to the MA and they will definitely increase their service fees by employing another headcount.
      (3) When did the JMB member ever complain for being busy of not able to handle the website?
      (4) Anyone can view the website and we are not blocking. As for the RESIDENT SECTION, only residents who can show proof of tenancy, will be granted access to Resident Account.

  4. Pleas help to reduce the mgt fee ,I feel that our condo mgt fee too high. Eg : my brother condo under Topicca landmark 1230sq at 9floor , mgt fee only Rm 270,Penang condo 1150 mgt fee is about 250 but why our here so expensive???
