NOTICE TO UNINSTALL THE STANDALONE ASTRO DISH (23rd (FEBRUARY – 31st MARCH 2017)
Dear Horizon Residence Residents,
Accordance to our By-Laws page 18, section 4.0 (COMMON AREA AND COMMON PROPERTY) and page 19, section 4.4 (EXTERNAL FAÇADE OF THE BUILDING AND EXTERNAL INSTALLATION) ; No external installation including the satellite dish, radio and television aerial, shall not be affixed to the external part of any parcel or any part of the apartment unless with the prior written of approval of the management.
As our centralized Astro Dish has been upgraded to provide HD quality signal with the DCSS settings(please refer to the website for more info), the management have decided to issue this warning letter to the affected units in order to dismantle their standalone Astro Dish from their balcony or rooftop. Grace period is until 31st March 2017.
A penalty charge of RM 200.00 will be issue to the affected unit once the deadline is over. Failing to rectify the issue, the management will continue to seek the assistance from the Commissioner of Buildings to issue summon. Hence, we hope the affected unit’s proprietors can co-operate and adhere to our By-Laws for the betterment of Horizon Residence Apartment.
